Kurrumbede Open Day
Kurrumbede was the family farm of the Mackellar Family in the early 1900s. Dorothea spent a lot of time there writing her beautiful poems. The Dorothea Mackellar Memorial Society and Whitehaven Coal invite the community to relive these days at a Garden Party with entertainment, stalls, activities for young and old, and poetry of course!
