A hands-on class demonstrating techniques of sourdough breadmaking, which begins with an authentic starter culture fed by freshly milled wholemeal flour, followed by mixing, autolyse, kneading, proving, shaping the loaves, more proving and baking. Explore recipes and a variety of grains and ingredients that can be used for differing results.
$200 per person, includes morning tea and a light Ploughman's lunch with fresh sourdough, cheese and pickles as well as take home bread samples and recipes.
